The activity lasts about two hours and includes the logistical times of the transport to reach the boarding point, description of the river environment, presentation of the necessary equipment for the descent of the river, theoretical lesson on the basic maneuvers for paddling and behavior in the water, rubber boat descent.
The technical equipment for carrying out the activity in water will be provided by the association (neoprene wetsuit, life jacket and polyethylene helmet). A personal (underwear) change and a pair of shoes to be wet are required.
